What a bunch of incompetent Tw**s. I signed up for unlimited Cisco training last Friday - they took my SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY POUNDS via my credit card. Only to find that the courses I needed (CCNP) are last years and now out of date. I've so far sent 3 e-mails everyday a fax and even managed to speak with the CEO asking for a refund. They say it will happen soon but when.
My advice is leave them well alone - the offers they make are too good to be true. They just want to relieve you of your hard earned cash.
